She is also a careful listener who responds to questions and concerns quickly, honestly, and accurately. Our situation was especially challenging, as we were looking for homes while living out of state, and we had very specific needs not found in the typical San Diego County home. Michelle patiently previewed and videoed many, many homes on our behalf, acquainted us with the various neighborhoods from Del Mar to Carlsbad, and helped us understand the current market.
